My exam was scheduled for 2.30 am Nairobi Time yet I checked in early at 2.00 am just to have issues with verification for 4 hours and noting having to do my CKAD exam. The exam details state that I was absent from the test. Also, it was frustrating to be asked for my details by more than 10 technical support person both via chat and call and nothing was resolved.
