How to upload file for "Application Process"

Here under the Application Process section it says:
Refer to https://wiki.linuxfoundation.org/lkmp - Subscribe to mail-list, IRC, join forum - do a short summary of what you have done and upload the file (text file is sufficient)

Problem is there's isn't any upload option as seen by the picture. Also it's deadline is earlier then all other tasks. So what should I do for this task. And regarding the summary of what I have done, does it have to be kernel specific experience or my overall experience? and where to upload the file and how?

    Hi, the status of your task is "submitted", so you need to change it to "pending" to submit it again. Click on the little arrow near the "submitted" label - you will see the "In progress" button.

    You don't have to submit any text file for this. Just submit - feel free to say hello on the IRC channel. Just submit and don't worry about the deadline.
