what is the alternative way to communicate to customers support for this jira ticket?

  • its been unassigned state which is worries me. I have dead line of 4/16 to schedule my retake exam

    Response time can take several business days (no weekends or holidays), depending on the volume of tickets in the queue. Tickets are resolved in the order they are received, so a ticket is assigned once a Support team member starts working on it.
