During the cks exam lab got disconnected automatically. I have raised the ticket three days back . still i am not getting any response from team. what is the next step . I can follow now . please someone guide me on same.

Response time usually takes several business days (no weekends or holidays), and depends on the number of tickets in the queue, as they are addressed in the order received. Rest assured that once the Support team starts working on your ticket, they will assist you.
