CKA renew

Hi team, My current CKA status has expired and wanted to renew it. Have purchased a CKA exam voucher but Linux foundation training portal does not show any option to schedule CKA exam. Can anyone from Certification team help on this issue.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have contacted customer support and opened jira tickets but no response received from last three days. My support ticket status is unassigned yet. I am wondering on very slow response from Linux Foundation support team. Can you please highlight this issue to support escalation team or share an email address for direct connection.
