How to install flux on a cluster without internet

I don't see any way to do that in the official documentation for Flux:

However, you may workaround this by using a GIT Server in your local network to install Flux (so you could use the Generic Git Server option in the documentation)..

The other tasks to solve would be the following:

1) Populate the GIT server (the local one).
2) Configure the GIT server to use the Local Protocol, as showed in the official documentation for GIT:

https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Git-on-the-Server-The-Protocols

Note: this is just an idea about how you may find a way to implement it.
