PSI - Copy and paste not working from laptop IE towards PSI terminal window
PSI - Copy and paste not working from laptop IE towards PSI terminal window.
When i login to PSI browser, proctor verified all checks, then exam started, and question noticed related Persistent Volume Claim which is not imperative command. we need to refer Kubernetes document and copy 10 lines YAM file data content towards PSI terminal window. Copy and paste not working. we have options only remote desktop.
Prior to exam we have CKA simulator on killer terminal for preparation. there we have remote desktop and remote terminal; this remote terminal option enable copy and paste from IE towards killer cka simulator terminal window.
This was missing on real exam. i called customer support and ticket raised and exam put on hold. waiting for customer updated. Anyone can provide me what solution work for this if i get new slot to attend again?
how does copy and paste works on this PSI browsers terminals?
appreciated

Hi @ericeravmoc
Please check the exam candidate Handbook and exam FAQs , as this info is provided in the exam documentation.
In addition, posting multiple forum posts, including in forum threads that have nothing to do with the LFS258 course is not helpful - they are redundant, and may be missed by the appropriate forum moderators. All exam related questions must be addressed to the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org. If you already opened a ticket, please wait for their response.
Regards,
Flavia

@ericeravmoc Did you read this https://docs.linuxfoundation.org/tc-docs/certification/tips-cka-and-ckad#adjusting-font-and-windows-in-the-examui ? So it should have firefox inside psi browser which you can use. Did you try it? AFAIU it is not even allowed to run any browser beyond PSI browser
Candidates are not allowed to have other applications or browser windows running except the one on which the Exam is being shown.https://docs.linuxfoundation.org/tc-docs/certification/faq-cka-ckad-cks#what-are-the-system-requirements-to-take-the-exam0
