Install Extension in VSCode during exam

@fcioanca It looks like the customer support team is not well informed of our specific training about node.js. Could you please help to clearify? Can we install VS Code extension during the exam?

We, me and @baocongchen , are talking about VSCode extensions rather than VSCode itself. Extensions have extra features beyond VSCode. More specifically, @baocongchen is talking about Thunder Client which maybe very helpful for us to test if our code works correctly or not.
