What are the things we should do when we restart a peer?

What are the things we should do when we restart a peer? I have restarted a peer because of a spelling mistake in an Environment variable. But it seems like the restarted peer is no longs part of a channel it was joined to.

I would like to know whenever we restart a node should we join them again to the channels it was part of before restarting? what about orderers?

Thank you!

    @indirajith,
    Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this issue. The most direct solution would be to start the lab from the beginning and run it step by step. You can try shutting down and spinning up the blockchain to see if it picks up the correct information upon the restart. Please see the Fabric documentation for further guidance. Hope this helps, Bobbi
