Unable to start exam

My exam was scheduled at 10:30 AM IST and current time is 10:37. I continue to see "Delivery partner doesn't have the exam ready". Attached screenshot and chat support replies

    Attaching screenshot now@11:27. Its almost 1 hour passed from exam date
