Unable to retrieve course resources, username and password failure (lab 2.5)

in LFS260 Class Forum

I'm trying to get the resources for the lab in 2.5 but I keep getting a username and password failure message come up, I have tried both the the username and password in the cmd string and my LF ones as well but none of them are working.
I have raised a support ticket and was told to post here. Any help would be great! Thank you!
