unable to download the lab 2.1 exercise file

unable to download the lab exercise file as mentioned in "Lab 2.1. Overview and Preliminaries"
Keep getting this error - Authentication Failed. please help.

    Your command seems to be incorrect, missing some underscore signs (_) and spaces. It also has 2 additional back slashes (). Please check carefully against the lab exercise and make the necessary changes. Copying and pasting directly from the pdf may result in such issues.

    For anyone who is having a hard time, spotting the underscores
    wget https://training.linuxfoundation.org/cm/LFD259/LFD259_V2020-10-15_SOLUTIONS.tar.bz2 --user=XXXX --password=xxxx
