LFCS exam Operating System update from CentOS 7 to 8 and Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04

Hi, Is there a roadmap of when the LFCS exam will reflect the latest versions of CentOS and Ubuntu? I don't plan to take the LFCS exam for at least the next 6-months, so if there is a planned update to CentOS 8 and Ubuntu 20.04 in the near future I'd rather do all the labs and studying on these versions instead.

    Those of us in the training department do not control the exam platform and schedule, so any answer we would give you would not be authoritative. I would suggest you contact the certification help staff with such a question. It's kind of obvious the exams will migrate but as to exactly when I do not know. When we develop courses we work to maintain compatibility for at least two versions, but I cannot speak for the exam folks.
