issues with My Portal

Hi. Is anyone having issues with My Portal?
If I navigate to it, on the browser tab I've just finished LFS201 in, it only shows the LFS201 course, the correct amount of progress, and my name is "Learner 29*****" (I've never logged in as Learner 29***** anywhere!)

If I open a new tab and login, it shows my name correctly, all the courses I've paid for but the progress on LFS201 as 0% !!!

Disappointingly there is no "email support" option on My Portal. All that is linked from that page in terms of 'support' is a few pages of FAQs that don't answer my issues.

I'm hoping someone here has either had (and resolved) the same issue, or knows where to get support.

This is quite frustrating as I'm doing these courses in my limited spare time Time that I'd rather not spend chasing website issues!!!
