Gaming Tco-801 Usb Keyboard - Other Function Keys

Guys, I'm using Linux Mint 19.2 Tina.
I've used the same keyboard in other distros, Ubuntu, Manjaro.

The keys: Ctrl, Windows, Alt, Spacebar, Alt Gr, R-Shift are all fired as L-Shift.
I've used xmodmap, always appears with the same keycode as L-Shift.

I used setxkbmap -model abnt2 -layout br -variant abnt2,

I put all the Keyboard settings and nothing.
