I have created internal route ( apps.internal ) to the web-ui app and tried to bind this internal route url to rate-limit ( user provided service ) service instance and it's throwing an error " Server error, status code: 400, error code: 130010, message: Route services cannot be bound to internal routes." Could you let me know how to bind the internal routes to the route services.

This is not possible. The exercise does not call for an internal route. Internal routes are reserved for container to container networking: https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/devguide/deploy-apps/routes-domains.html#internal-routes
