wget for solutions throwing a 404

Hi there,

I've started working through LAB 2 upon attempting to retrieve the shell scripts a 404 Error is being thrown.

Copied from LAB2_1 - tested in the terminal and from the browser, no luck.

wget https://training.linuxfoundation.org/cm/LFD259/LFD259V2019-03-11SOLUTIONS.tar.bz2 --user=xxxxxxx --password=xxxxxxxxx

Some assistance would be much appreciated.
