Cannot install devstack (lab 2.2), problem with barbican
I tried two times but still have problem.

(1) Yes, you need to upgrade python pip using the details mentioned here .. pip install --upgrade pip
(2) And if after that you get error something like "pip: no module named _internal", then possibly there is a version conflict between python pip, so refer to below thread
