There is lot of details missing. Now I have created an account on Pivotal Web Services. Created a organization ( there is no instruction about this). Now I don't know how to login to this account using CLI. What URL should I be using?

    I went through documents and found it. If you are using Pivotal Web services then your target would be api.run.pivotal.io.

    use the CF Login or CF l command to login to one of the CF instance providers. For instance, in your case you created an account with Pivotal there fore you can use the CF l -a https://api.run.pivotal.io -u
