Slide 10.13.c: whether ingress supports L3 traffic.

This slide is a knowledge check question:

Both L3 and L7 traffic can be configured? True or False?

The answer is True.
I am little confused here. According to my understanding, ingress is mainly used for HTTP and HTTPS routing. That should be L7 traffic. I haven't met any L3 traffic case for ingress by now.
I notice Istio can also be used as ingress too. I'm not sure any other ingress controllers can support L3 traffic, too.
