Error in slide 7.5
Hello,
Just to inform the hypelink in the slide 7.5 is wrong.
Maybe it should be:
http://bosh.io/docs/resurrector.html

Anthony

Hi Anthony,
You are correct. Bosh changed the layout of their documentation, and, as a result, the URL has changed as well. Unfortunatelly, URLs do change in time, sometimes more often than we would like, and it is hard to keep track of such changes, and as such. The updated URL will be reflected in the course the next time we make changes to it. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
In the meantime, the forum is a great place to share such changes with peer students.
Thank you,
Flavia

It took me about one second to do in gogole a search for "docs/ressurector.html" and it turned up with
https://bosh.io/docs/resurrector.html
You don't know how many times these things change as this is technology that changes frequently and you have to be expected to do some of this kind of work. We run tests on our courses to resolve every URL when updates are posted and it doesn't take long for some to break. Furthermore, it is not possible to do in place one line updates for URL's, typos etc as the entire course has to be updated so they are stacked up. A new update of this course is not long from now.

On the slides for 16.8, there is a link to "to learn more". And the URL is "https://lists.cloudfoundry.org/archives/list/cf-dev@lists.cloudfoundry.org/message/VJYDBCO4KRQMXBIUI7BN3ZWFAQVFQC46/"
I am not quite sure what I should be googling for this one. I am consused as to whether I should be searching for "VJYDBCO4KRQMXBIUI7BN3ZWFAQVFQC46" or something else...
@coop, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.0 -
it is disappointing that a simple change to a URL has not been corrected even after 10 months of its being reported and confirmed as being incorrect... why do paying customers need to be distracted from their coursework and have to search through the forum for the correct link???

You can ignore the link on 16.8. It will be completely removed in the updated course version, which is scheduled to go live in the next 2-3 weeks.
