Questions disappear during moderation?

Hello Moderator

On May 22nd, around 9am PST, I submitted a question to this forum with the subject: "Firewall-cmd of Lesson 40". I was told "This Forum topic will be submitted for moderation and will not be accessible to other users until it has been approved."

It's been a couple of days now that my question is stuck in moderator review. I'm happy to rewrite, but before I do that, can you please look into why questions are not being posted to the forum after moderation?
