nova secgroup-list-rules web-ssh

.0.0 is released. Use python-neutronclient or python-openstackclient instead.

"openstack security group rule list web-ssh" appears to be the replacement. doco needs updating (as it does anyways - almost no number in the solution list matches the question number).

checking "openstack security group rule create --help"  for the next bits.

    There are several commands which are finally being deprecated and moved under a common command set. As many of the production clouds are three or four versions behind the newest I try to keep commands in until the very end. Those clouds which are several versions behind would not have the functionality in the new version fo the command.
