Hi,

I'm using the lab 3.1 enviroment to create other simple scenarios in order to improve my studies.

I created just 4 volumes with 1GB each one.  However, when I tried to check via cinder api (cinder list) I received an empty table, Why?

[email protected]:~/devstack$ cinder list

+----+--------+------------------+------+------+-------------+----------+-------------+-------------+

| ID | Status | Migration Status | Name | Size | Volume Type | Bootable | Multiattach | Attached to |

+----+--------+------------------+------+------+-------------+----------+-------------+-------------+

+----+--------+------------------+------+------+-------------+----------+-------------+-------------+

Thanks.

Robson

    Hello,

What file did you source before running the commands? It could be that if you created the volumes via the GUI they are part of the admin group, where as  the command line defaults to using the demo group.  Via the GUI, logged in as admin - go to the admin (not the project) tab and view what projects the volumes have been attached to.
