Error downloading Ubuntu VM

When I try to download the Ubuntu 16.04 vm I am getting error:

 

403 Forbidden

I am using following link to download: https://training.linuxfoundation.org/cm/LFS265/SDN_Ubuntu_16.04.ova

    I also got the Error while download SDC_Ubuntu_16.04.ova image .

    403 Forbidden
