HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM!

How can I get to my files? What can I do about this? I've got important files that I can't afford to lose.

Is there a way to fix this problem without losing any file?

    What is the issue? Where are the files and how are you limited from accessing them? If you have a system that isn't bootable, try booting from a USB or DVD with a live or rescue version of Linux. Then you should be able to see the harddrive of the system and navigate to your files and copy them off to another media source.
