First, I am a dumb and I know that.

Second, I deleted my sources.list, that is: I lost all my repositories.

Is there a way to recover that? Thanks.

For some reason, after this accident, I can't add more repositories.

    I don't know what distro you are using but, since you have put ppa, I guess you have Ubuntu (?)

    Open or create a new sources list with the command: gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

    You can get the contents from: http://repogen.simplylinux.ch/

    Copy and paste. Save and close.
