Linux for a webdesigner

Hi there . Today i kinda decided to move on linux . The problem is that I'm a webdesigner and i use softwares like photoshop,illustrator . Now i use windows ( cracked ) and i'm kinda bored of the same obsolete and sad design of this os and i want something new . First i was looking forward to put hackintosh on my laptop but I changed my mind . I used dual boot ( ubuntu and windows ) but i had some problems with grub and i deleted the linux distr. And now I don't know what i have to do ... Regards, Krazilec .
