I expanded the window to far

I have Zorin 9 desktop. I got the download thing ok. I will try to explain this problem.

It seem,s i expanded the window to far, now iam not sure how to make it smaller.

Is what iam trying to do. I went into bookmarks and was going to drag some files to the desktop but in order to do that. I got to make the window smaller, to drag and drop files i saved in bookmarks. Is there a way i can mark a post as solved. Everything on my first post, is now solved.
