Typo in INFO 5.2 - Chapter 5.21 /usr

Hi,

There is a typo in the Table 5.2 "Directories under /usr"

For "/usr/lib" the Purpose Description should read this:

"Libraries for programs in /usr/bin and /usr/sbin"

instead of:

"Libraries for programs in /usr/bin and /user/sbin"

Just in case someone doesnt know that /user is not a linux directory in FHS.
