Alienware 18x r2 Bad quallity sound and not coming through the Sub

Ok I’ve had this problem for a few weeks now and after trying may different methods and many installs I thought it was a good time to post here

So sound quality is bad Quiet and nothing through the Sub

If you need more info please let me know the Codes to use in the Terminal

Must be some Gurus out there that know the answers
