Custom Ubuntu OS

Hi, I am looking for someone to help me create a custom (Ubuntu based) operating system for my company. (dubCraft Nation), Im hoping to have many custom features that incorperate my company (splash screens, custom defaults, custom theme, and a custom iso so i can get it on my multiple pcs. Im also hoping to keep the system requirments low. I need this to be done for FREE, if possible, thanks!
