Yes, the Kernel EML to PST Converter tool allows you to make such a selection. You may want to store your EML files in an already created PST file or create a new one for them. The program allows you to convert EML and EMLX files, provides pre-conversion preview of emails and their attachments, as well as keeps the folder structure of your emails intact. There is no need for Outlook installation. The program runs on both Windows and macOS.
