Linux Foundation Poor Support
I don't know whcih category should I select. I bought voucher for CKS exam and planned to give the exam two weeks before. During the exam PSI browser suddenly closed. I opened a ticket and Linux Foundation responded to me in 36 hours. Again, I scheduled the exam and started the exam same issue again PSI browser malfunctioning. This time PSI technical support opned a ticket for me. I Immidietly opened a ticket to LF foundation for support "TCCS-184259" its been 5 calender days (3 business days) they only acknowledged the ticket with one reply and did not provided any information since. I don't how I can escalate this issue to higher support tier, but this is truly dissapointing and heavily unrprofessional for such an expensive and profosseional exam. If anyone know how I can escalate the issue kindly help me.

Hi @mosiur_rahman ,
I am sorry you have had this difficult experience and can completely understand your disappointment.
If I understand the situation correctly, you have opened a ticket for the second exam (TCCS-184259) with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and it sounds like the Customer Support team has acknowledged receipt. This should be separate from the one opened either with or by PSI technical support.
If that is correct, then the Customer Support team should respond within the next few days. Response times vary depending on ticket volume and they are still within the expected range. But please be assured that someone will be in touch soon and they will be able to assist you.
Unfortunately, the team that monitors these forums does not have any visibility into the Customer Support queue, nor can we escalate tickets.
Kind Regards,
Ariane
