PSI Technical Challenge First Attempt CKA Exam, Expiration in 3 Days

PSI Technical Challenge on CKA Exam - Ticket: POA-208696(TCCS-182189)
I would ike to request an urgent escalation of this case. My CKA exam was interrupted due to a technical/proctoring issue under technical support ticket POA-208696. When I was disconnected, I had approximately 47 minutes remaining on my exam.
After technical support troubleshooting, I logged back into the exam, but the exam had already ended and the proctor was unable to see me.
My CKA voucher expires on August 28, 2026, so I urgently need assistance with reinstating/rescheduling my exam before the voucher expires.
My Support Ticket TCCS-182189 which I raised on 24-08-2026 is still unassigned .
Requesting reinstatement of my first attempt and extension of voucher.
