I am unable to launch ckad exam

Hello,

I was unable to take my CKAD-JP exam due to an error with the PSI Secure Browser.

I tried reinstalling the browser, but I was still unable to install.

Could you please review my case and allow me to reschedule the exam?

I can provide screenshots of the error if needed.

If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support Team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you in rescheduling your exam at a later date. Please note that response time may take up to several business days.
