Unable to launch CKAD exam

Hi,

I have my CKAD exam was scheduled today 25-07-2026 at 10 am CET (Berlin time), and I'm unable to take test as the PSI Secure Browser is stuck loading with message "Please wait while the system is loading ...".
I've already raised a ticket (ticket number: TCCS-180079) with Linux Foundation customer support BEFORE 10 am today, but there's no update yet. So, I suppose I'll be marked absent now.
It's already 21 mins past the scheduled time.
Also read in comments of other similar posts that the raised tickets will be processed only during the weekdays and are processed in the order that they arrive (so can take weeks!! - I hope this wont be true)

Can someone please help either in fixing the issue or rescheduling exam?
