Looking for a Google Workspace backup tool with date filters and bulk user support

I'm helping manage Google Workspace accounts for a small organization, and one requirement we have is backing up only certain mailboxes and specific time periods instead of downloading everything every time. Manual exports are taking too long, especially when multiple user accounts are involved.

During my search, I came across the MacSonik Google Workspace Backup Tool. It seems to offer a Date Mail Filter where you can define a custom date range and export only emails from that period. That alone could save us a lot of time because we often need backups for compliance purposes rather than full mailbox archives.

I also noticed it supports bulk processing through an Import CSV option, making it possible to export data from multiple Google Workspace users without selecting every account individually. From what I've read, there are no size restrictions for bulk migration, which is important since some of our users have very large mailboxes.

Another thing I found interesting is that it can migrate either the complete Google Workspace account—including Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendars, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keep, Forms, and Jamboard—or just email data if that's all you need. The software also claims to preserve data integrity throughout the process and works on both Windows and macOS.

Has anyone here used it in an organization with dozens of users? I'm curious whether the CSV import and date filter actually make large-scale backups easier in real-world scenarios or if there are any limitations I should know about before purchasing.
