Update the Installation Materials in LFX259
Hello everyone,
I'm a new learner currently taking LFX259 and preparing for the CKAD certification. I'd like to share a small suggestion.
It would be really helpful if the installation sections of the LFX259 learning materials could be updated to reflect the latest tools and interfaces. Many things have changed, including cloud provider consoles and the installation experience for several tools.
As a new learner, I sometimes found it a little confusing to follow along when the screenshots or steps no longer matched what I was seeing on my screen. Updating these sections would make the learning experience smoother and help new learners focus on understanding Kubernetes instead of figuring out differences in the interfaces.
I truly appreciate the work that goes into creating and maintaining these courses.
Thank you for providing such valuable learning resources.

Hi @ijcent,
Thank you for your constructive feedback.
To help us provide the most accurate support from the LF Education staff monitoring the discussion forums, please ensure you include the correct course numbers in your future posts. It’s also very helpful if you can reference a specific chapter name or number, section, or any other detail to help us identify the exact location of the issue you're reporting.
Regarding the cloud setup sections, there was a minor release glitch that caused some links to point to outdated instructional videos. I wanted to let you know that this has now been fixed.
As a reminder, due to the nature of cloud technologies, change is constant and is to be expected. You might notice slight discrepancies with third-party supporting technologies since they may be updated less frequently, but we make sure the core Kubernetes concepts in the course are updated regularly.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your response and explanation. I understand it much more clearly now.
My suggestion was for LFX259 (CKAD eLearning), Chapter 1.
