Horrible PSI portal and the support is egregious!
I used windows 11 (with 16 GB RAM, i5 quad core) machine. The initial system checks passed. Even the killer.sh portal worked well. I had a very good internet connection (300 Mbps direct line). Everything on my end was good.
During the exam (CKA): Ctrl+f (search) doesn't work. Every 2 seconds, the portal gives a warning and waiting signal: reconnecting. There is a terrible delay/slowness. I did call support during the exam time - clock keeps ticking and the support folks are more than useless... After 30 minutes of wasting my time, I felt its useless and continued to finish my exam somehow. With only 90 min left and with depleted mood, I didn't do well.
PS: If you get issues on the PSI portal, the support folks are more than useless because they won't solve any and they will eat up all the time during the exam. Clock keeps ticking. Don't understand why linux foundation have roadside degraded cheap infra and the "worst" support people/structure.
Its astonishing that linux foundation charges 450$ for the exam and keeps an extremely useless infra for the testing environment. They don't even let us take exams at Pearson or any other test centers. Over the internet, I have seen many people complaining that PSI is horrible. The only message I see from Linux/PSI is "we are sorry". I wish someone sue the linux foundation!

We apologize for the issues encountered during the exam and can understand your frustration. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you. Response time may take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays).
Kind Regards,
Ariane

Thank you Ariane for the suggestion. I did create support ticket. I retook the exam yesterday (6/24) and was able to pass the exam. Even yesterday, I had faced several issues. At one point, my session disconnected completely. Instead of calling the support (I know they are useless), I reconnected to the session, again went through all the initial process. I still lost 10 mins in the process and but was able to complete my exam.

I am glad the Customer Support was able to resolve your issues. Congratulations on passing the CKA exam!
Best,

Hi Ariane - The customer support didn't solve anything for me. I stayed away from customer support during my retake (learnt my lesson the hard way in my first attempt by calling customer support) when the session was disconnnected. The support is completely useless - they just chew up your time.
My request to Linux foundation is to "please improve the PSI infrastructure. Its below par!"
