Escalation | CKA result not visible even after 5 days | TCCS-177597 - Support is not good

I gave CKA Exam on 16th June 2026, its been 5 days now, but still the my training portal is showing "Processing". The result is still not available. when I opened a support ticket after 96 hours, TCCS-177597 | Proper support is not being provided, they are making a wrong statement that the result is available. I checked mutilple times that for CKA the result is still in processing, its not available yet. I gave another exam on the same date, for that the result was promptly available in 24 hours, but for CKA it is not.

The support engineer is just making an incorrect statement that the reuslt is already avaialle, and asking to go the the "Resume" button on the my training portal. But this is already done multiple times. I have even attached screenshots of "processing": being shown.

Another issue is that the re-take attempt last date was 22nd June, which still says this date.
As its alrready 21st June, 5 days have passed and result is still not declared, i am worrying if i will be able to even give a re-take.

You are wasting candidates / Customers time , money and energy by giving such poort standard respinses on ticket support, instead of actually reading what the candidate is actually trying to say. All the images of "processing" state were already atteched in the support case itself. Still the support engineer says that result is "Available" this is INCORRECT.

Please escalate this issue.

    We are sorry for the frustrating experience. Support tickets are assigned in the order they are received. Depending on the complexity of your ticket and the current volume, it can take several business days for the Customer Support Team to respond (not including weekends or holidays). However, they will be able to assist you once they do respond. These forums are meant to address questions within our e-learning courses. Our team does not have any visibility into the Customer Support ticket queue. Thank you for your patience.
