How can I convert CSV files into readable PDF tables on Windows?

My CSV reports open with plain rows and commas, which does not look good for sharing or printing. I want to convert CSV data into a clean PDF table on Windows so columns, rows, and report details appear in a more readable format.

A conversion of CSV into PDF format tables can be done through the first step of importing the document using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel since CSV is unformatted and is not a good format for printing.

Using Microsoft Excel, first open the file, and using the Text to Columns feature, align data if necessary, set column width, Format as Table and change Page Layout to Landscape, setting scaling to fit all columns on one page, then save/export as PDF using the Save As or Print feature.

If manual steps feel lengthy, I use PDF Champ All To PDF Software on Windows, which makes CSV to PDF conversion easier and keeps the table layout clean without much adjustment for reports and sharing.
