Unable to schedule exam retake – Ticket #TCCS-176621 (No response for 2 days)

Hello Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am reaching out here regarding my support ticket TCCS-176621, as I have not yet received any response for the past 2 days.
I recently attempted my Linux Foundation certification exam but did not pass. As per the certification policy, I understand that a retake should be available with the exam purchase. However, I am currently unable to schedule my retake through the portal, even after checking the "Claim Retake" option steps. [training.l...dation.org]
This certification is very important to me, and I have invested significant time, effort, and financial resources into preparing for it. I am actively continuing my preparation and would like to schedule my retake at the earliest possible time.

Could someone please help:

Check the status of my retake eligibility
Enable or guide me on scheduling the retake

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or quick escalation of this issue.

    Based on your question, you have already opened a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org, which was the correct course of action. Someone from that team will be in touch soon to assist you. Response time may take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays). However, they will respond, so please be patient.
