CKA score report not received after 72 hours

I completed my CKA exam on May 26, 2026 at 18:00 Asia/Singapore, but I still have not received my score report after more than 72 hours.
I opened a Linux Foundation support ticket on May 29, 2026 at 20:34 SGT.
Ticket ID: TCCS-175976
Has anyone experienced a similar CKA result delay before? How long did it take to receive the score report?
I would appreciate any advice or help from the community.
