Request for Review Regarding Technical Issues During CKA Exam (TCCS-174948)
Hello,
I would like to respectfully follow up regarding my support case:
The ticket was created on May 16 after experiencing multiple technical issues during my CKA exam using PSI Secure Browser.
During the exam I experienced:
- repeated disconnections
- severe lag and instability in the remote environment
- very slow navigation while using the Kubernetes documentation
- delays when switching tabs/clusters
- reconnection queue waiting time while the exam timer appeared to continue running
- and even a full notebook restart during the session
These issues had a significant impact on the exam experience and on the effective time available to complete tasks.
As of today (May 19), the case still appears as “Waiting for Support” and I have not yet received any update or assignment from the Linux Foundation support team.
I completely understand support teams may be handling high volumes of requests, but I would sincerely appreciate any update regarding the review status or estimated response time for the case.
