How can I export PST mailbox data to CSV using Outlook?

You can export PST mailbox data to CSV using Microsoft Outlook’s built-in export feature.
First, open Outlook and make sure your PST file is added and visible in the folder list. Then go to File → Open & Export → Import/Export. From the options, select “Export to a file” and click Next. Choose Comma-Separated Values (CSV) as the file type.
After that, select the specific mailbox folder you want to export, such as the Inbox or Contacts. You can also choose subfolders if needed. Then, select a destination folder on your computer where the CSV file will be saved. Finally, click Finish to start the export process.
Outlook will generate a CSV file containing the selected PST mailbox data, including details like subject, sender, and date (for emails) or name and email address (for contacts).
This method is simple and useful for small or moderate data exports, but for large PST files, a professional tool like BLR PST Converter Tool can make the process faster and easier.
