Does Microsoft Outlook allow PST to RTF conversion?

Yes, Microsoft Outlook does allow PST to RTF conversion, but only in a limited and manual way.
I also checked this while working with archived mailbox data, and I found that Outlook does not provide a direct “convert PST to RTF” option for the entire file. Instead, it lets you convert individual emails one by one.
To do this, you open the PST file in Outlook, open an email message, and then use the Save As option. From there, you can choose Rich Text Format (RTF) and save the email as an RTF document.
However, this method works only for single emails, not for bulk conversion of an entire PST file. For large mailboxes, users usually prefer BLR PST Converter, which acts as a PST file converter and helps convert multiple emails into RTF format while keeping formatting, attachments, metadata, and folder structure intact.
