Stuttering in Ubuntu so shifting to Bazzite

Hi, I installed ubuntu 26 in intel U245k and rtx 3080 graphics. And it keeps stuttering.
I cant play any video gets stuck. other wise programs are running fine in python but any app takes huge time to load or open. Try every possible method available. Boosted cpu, turned of igpu, included nvedia driver in the grub. all drivers are showing upto date and running system on performance mode. but this keeps stuttering.
And this isnt a new problem i saw the same stuttering problem 10 years ago . It is always like this.
I will shift to Bazzite if it works fine, if not, i will go back to pop os.

My mother board was z890 aorus elite every thing is working except the same old stuttering and long loading screen.
