Exam CKS reservation not found for lsiliver

Hi Linux Foundation Training Team,

I'm writing to urgently escalate an unresolved issue with my CKS exam reservation. I have an existing support ticket TCCS-173383 (https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/15/TCCS-173383) filed on April 26 with a follow-up on April 27, but have not received any response yet.

The issue:

  • Order ID: ch_3RLa1zJOXz2dKKkx0fHzH38E
  • Bundle: CKA to Kubestronaut Upgrade Bundle (coupon FOURTH25)
  • Username: lsiliver
  • CKS appears in my Learner Dashboard under "My Learning," but when I click Resume → Exam, the page returns a loading spinner and the following error:

"Exam CKS reservation not found for lsiliver" (status 400, validation_error)

I have successfully completed 4 of 5 exams from this bundle — KCNA, KCSA, CKA, and CKAD (passed yesterday). CKS is the only remaining exam I need for Kubestronaut certification, and my voucher expires on May 6, 2026

I'm unable to schedule the exam at all due to this error, so I need the reservation to be re-provisioned as soon as possible to have any chance of sitting the exam before the voucher expires.

Could you please escalate this and have the CKS reservation fixed within the next 1–2 days?

2. Learner Dashboard showing CKS under "My Learning" with 0/1 completed assignments
3. CKS exam page stuck on loading spinner when attempting to schedule
