Missing "Submit" button on some Quiz questions

The quiz from here:
https://trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org/learn/course/introduction-to-linux-lfs101/linux-philosophy-and-concepts/knowledge-check?page=1
has some questions without the "Submit" button, see below two cases without and with Submit.

Hi @petrut

The platform behavior for multiple response answers does not provide the Submit button or immediate feedback. Your answers are still recorded, and you can see that in the feedback provided at the end of the quiz. We did notice some bugs regarding colors displayed in the end of quiz feedback, for which we will open a ticket with the platform providers. However, if your answers are correct, they are recorded as correct.
